今天(30日)，西藏吉隆“8·26”泥石流灾害新闻发布会在吉隆镇举行。8月26日上午，因尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流灾害，造成西藏日喀则市吉隆县吉隆口岸重大人员伤亡、失联。截至29日18时，灾害造成16人遇难，546人失联。

记者30日从西藏自治区人民政府新闻办公室召开的新闻发布会获悉，经外事、公安、文旅、应急等多部门联合开展全域拉网排查、线索溯源比对，目前西藏吉隆泥石流灾害排查出261名失联外籍人员，涵盖哈萨克斯坦1人、马来西亚3人、尼泊尔104人、印度49人、南非4人、爱尔兰2人、爱沙尼亚2人、德国3人、俄罗斯3人、法国2人、芬兰1人、荷兰2人、拉脱维亚33人、立陶宛1人、葡萄牙1人、乌克兰1人、西班牙1人、匈牙利1人、英国15人、加拿大6人、美国18人、澳大利亚6人、新西兰2人，共23个国家，中方已向有关国家驻华使领馆通报。
