Built around the dynamic, shifting light of maritime environments, the voting initiative presented four distinct seascape concepts inspired by the progression of time from dawn to dusk: Sunrise Orange, Daytime Blue, Late Afternoon Green and Sunset Red. By engaging its community directly, Seiko bridged its deep historical roots with contemporary consumer input, resulting in a fan-selected edition that captures both the heritage of the legendary 62MAS and the shared passion of modern horology collectors.

The fan-voted timepiece inherits the refined ergonomics of Seiko's updated Prospex 1965 Heritage platform, featuring a 40mm stainless steel case with a super-hard coating, a compact 13mm thickness, and a 46.4mm lug-to-lug span. Powered by the automatic in-house Caliber 6R55, the watch delivers a robust 72-hour (3-day) power reserve and a professional-grade 300 meters of water resistance.

Designed for optimal symmetry and night-time legibility, a discreet date window sits at 4:30 alongside Lumibrite-filled applied indices beneath a curved anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
