How to Recover From UTMB (Even if You Didn’t Race)

Is your social feed slowly depopulating with Chamonix celebrities? Are you experiencing less content of Ben Dhiman’s dominance, Lauren Gregory’s grit, or Blandine L’Hirondel’s bawling? Is your algorithm filled with recaps and re-runs, training vlogs and reaction videos? Does your recent search history include future race calendars, coins and qualifying standards, short-term rentals 12 months in advance, or French bakery’s near me?

It’s OK. You are not alone. And we’re here to help.

And you love it. And that’s OK. But you need to let it go. To move on. To grow. Cape Town, Javelina, and Black Canyon will be here before you know it. You don’t have time to waste. Desert ultras need you. Golden Ticket season needs you.
