RIMOWA has expanded its Hybrid collection with "Gloss Stone Beige," a warm neutral finish now available across the line's Cabin, Check-In L and Trunk Plus sizes. True to the collection's name, each case is engineered as a union of two materials, wrapping a lightweight polycarbonate shell in anodized aluminum corners and mounting it on a durable aluminum frame for added structural rigidity.

Rather than committing to either the featherweight of polycarbonate or the armored feel of RIMOWA's grooved aluminum icons, the collection splits the difference: the molded shell keeps the empty weight down while the metal corners and frame reinforce the edges most likely to take a beating on a baggage carousel. The interior is lined in polyester, with the dividers built from a polyester and mesh mix.

Sizing maps cleanly to trip length. The Cabin measures 21.7 by 15.8 by 9.1 inches, weighs 8.4 pounds and holds 37 liters, which RIMOWA positions for three to four days of travel. The Check-In L steps up to 30.8 by 20.5 by 10.3 inches, 13 pounds and 84 liters, rated for stints of up to two weeks. At the top of the range, the Trunk Plus stretches to 31.5 by 15.8 by 16.1 inches, 14.1 pounds and 101 liters of packing volume, built for journeys running beyond a fortnight.

A stage-free telescopic handle adjusts to any height rather than clicking through fixed stops, while a soft-return side grab handle uses a damper mechanism for a controlled, quiet retract. Underneath sits RIMOWA's Multiwheel system, which runs ball-bearing-mounted wheels on cushioned axles for steadier rolling. Security comes from integrated TSA-approved latch locks, and packing is managed by the Compression Flex Divider System, a height-adjustable panel with zippered pockets that keeps contents from shifting in transit.
