Onitsuka Tiger Hosts “Club 66” Featuring the MEXICO 66™ GOLF

Onitsuka Tiger hosted a special experiential program, "Club 66," in Malaga, Spain, to celebrate the launch of its very first golf shoe, the MEXICO 66™ GOLF.

The celebration took place at Finca Cortesin, one of the world's premier luxury golf resorts. "Club 66" brought together guests from around the globe, including British model Lennon Gallagher, Spanish model Gala Gonzalez, Thai actor Dew, Indian actress Sreeleela, and Brunei-born actor Wu Chun.

Over the two-day function, guests experienced Onitsuka Tiger's brand philosophy through immersive hospitality while testing the performance of the MEXICO 66™ GOLF on the course. Participants put the shoe's lightweight comfort and functional features—such as superior grip and stability on both grass and sand—to the test.

After playing, attendees relaxed poolside and enjoyed local Spanish cuisine. On the final day, a farewell dinner was held against the backdrop of the sunset over the coastline, complete with a live performance by local musicians, creating an unforgettable blend of fashion, sports, and lifestyle.

The MEXICO 66™ GOLF inherits the iconic design of the MEXICO 66™ SD while updating it with golf-specific functional features. It boasts a waterproof structure and a tongue wing design that reduces sand entry for maximum comfort during play.

Additionally, the outsole is designed for high grip on turf and in bunkers. Refined Onitsuka Tiger signature touches are incorporated throughout, including an embroidered logo on the tongue cover and a metallic logo on the heel flap. Combining functionality with the brand's unique design aesthetic, this new model is set to draw significant attention.
